This week we hit a milestone! There was enthusiastic rolling from front to back and tentative rolling from back to front. Could I capture video of said rolling? Of course not... He won't do it that often for us, but Mama Linda (daycare provider) told us he'd been doing it for a little over a week!
There has also been much munching of various foods - fruits are the favorite, naturally. The lil' guy will chow down on chunks of watermelon and cantaloupe and will eat applesauce until his face falls off. He's getting more comfortable with thicker consistencies - guacamole consistency for most of his food these days.
We had a small pool party over the weekend with the Swedes and our (newly engaged!) friends Matt and Karen. Carter got to go swimming and it took a while, but I think he liked it! Brian's been taking him in the pool after work and he's getting more used to it... He and Saga had all kinds of staring contests, so I think we've started to make friends.
